Valentine's Is Around the Corner!

Long time, no post! I decided to change our header to Carole's lovely Valentine Sweet Cookie bouquet and decided an update was in order!

I've started another job... when you are a struggling artist, you have to wear a lot of hats to cobble together a living! So that is mostly the reason for the lack of posts here. I still make and ship food grade rubber stamps most every day. I still ship Museum of Modern Rubber's wood mounted fantastical creations. We still create custom food safe rubber stamps. I also make glass beads, teach art classes and now... elementary and high school sub work! I'm one tired puppy and blogging just has to take a backseat to actual money making!

Our Valentine Sweets header cookie bouquet was created with Sweet Stampen's food safe rubber stamps: Chocolates, a tiny heart cut from Circle of Love, The whole image of Circle of love was used with , Winner's Circle was used to frame Wedding Border, a mini heart stamp was used dry to emboss the surface around Cupid's Magic, last cookie features a stamp that is not online yet: Key to My Heart

Happy New Year!

Just wanted to take a moment and wish all of our customers and fans a blessed and happy new year. There were a lot of ups and downs these past few years but we are so happy our doors are still open to serve you all with the best food safe crafting products around!

We were so busy with glass bead sales in December that we never got a Christmas cover up over here! So we thought we would compromise this month. The cover bouquet was actually a Christmas one...but if you change the phrase stamp, it could easily work for January! Let's take a look at the whole bouquet:

 The bouquet was created by our original owner, Chef Laure'l. I just love her creativity and how she used our snow frame stamp to add to the theme and by making a cut cookie for the bouquet, she added a different shape. It's kind of a billboard with a nice phrase!  By changing the phrase...it would fit any month!

The other stamps are January's Snowman and the Let It Snow circle theme image.

New Header

Just thought I would show off a bouquet sample I made for my new classes coming up at the Community Center of La Canada and Santa Clarita Community Center! I will be updating my class schedule shortly!

The two round cookies feature images from our new Cupcake Set Food Safe Rubber stamps. The Happy Birthday is from the Museum of Modern Rubber line...which we also offer some images in our food safe rubber for our pastry consumers! Just ask!

Custom Food Safe Rubber Stamps

Why yes we DO make custom rubber stamps for our customers who want to be totally food safe when stamping on their food! We would feel irresponsible NOT to!

We've finally gotten around to adding info on pricing to our website. And... we are now adding a little widget on the right of the blog to let you know when we have customers who want to share plate costs. We will tell you how much of a plate is spoken for.

We're hoping this will encourage people to get their artwork into us and all more people to save money on making their own food safe stamps.
